Barbara Siskin

Barbara Coopersmith Siskin, 85, of Newington, died on Sunday, June 30. She was the daughter of Edna Weinstein Coopersmith and Gerald Coopersmith. She was predeceased by her husband, Sydney Siskin. She is survived by her son Marc Siskin and five first cousins. Barbara was born in Hartford and graduated from Weaver High School and Mt. Ida College. She worked for 35 years at the Greater Hartford Association for Retarded Citizens.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 5, at 10:30 AM at the Hartford Mutual Society Cemetery, 74 Wolcott Road in East Granby.
